2011 was the inaugural Country Road Manawatu Cycle Classic and again this year we had a wonderful time working with an enthusiastic group of people from Palmerston North. Well done to everyone who entered, it is a great course, scenic, challenging. and you did it! A special big thankyou to all the sponsors, course marshals, volunteers and the team behind the scenes who helped to make the event successful. We couldn't do it without you.
We introduced a new 80k Solo womens recreational ride starting from Apiti and we believe this section of the event will grow.
